I am a 2nd generation Taiwanese-American artist and educator, originally from West Lafayette, Indiana, USA. I received my BFA in Painting from Indiana University and my MFA in Curatorial Practice from Maryland Institute College of Art. My love for art started when I was a little girl, when my sister and I would draw sketchbooks full of dolls, drawing unique outfits for every character. My paintings act as the visual diary of my life. At different stages, I've met different people who have made an impact on me. Elements of my reality are translated into suspenseful adventures, mysterious fairytales, and comforting dreams. I'm so grateful for this opportunity to combine my passions of art and fashion together and to share my vision with a wider audience.
