Proud Lebanese, born and raised in Aabey Lebanon to a loving family. Graduated from law School and immigrated to Canada in 2006. Has always had passion towards various cultures which led her to work for the Center for Newcomers and the Cultural Integration Academy in Grande Prairie, AB where she calls home. She never knew she can paint until she gave it a try for the first time in 2016, had a lot of support from her family and community that she is very thankful for. Back in her home country at the age of five, Noura used to draw and show her work proudly to her uncle who was an Art Teacher in schools whom taught her the essential skills of drawing . Noura's siblings all have the artistic spirit but her older brother William mastered painting and was her biggest influencer to pursue painting. In 2016 Noura participated in Alberta Cultures Day and the Grey Matters conference to showcase her art. Finding time for painting is not easy for a full-time working mom but her passion for painting drove her to make time to express herself through painting.
