 I have currently found this platform for selling merchandise after several months of researching other platforms which allows me to design multiple products from my own source of artwork and photos

 I’ve recently started to develop a fashion design in clothing after someone thought my abstract designs would look great on certain items in the fashion industry. That suggestion lead me to seek out the fashion industry and inspired me to design Kimonos, Cardigans, shawls, as well as dresses, tops, pants and other clothing.

 I have always been fascinated by art and the visual impact that comes from the works of the Masters, Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Vermeer , Van Gogh, as well as, David Leffel and Joseph Zbukvic, both current living masters of their trade. They have all been an inspiration to the development of my paintings. “The power of the light in their paintings attracted me to paint in that style “. Paintings show us objects in our environment that we may overlook or ignore, and I attempt to make some of that world around us come alive, as a rich, beautiful place. Paint strokes, along with a well thought out palette can bring such magic to the viewers, making them wanting to touch that illusion of a three dimensional object on a two dimensional surface . 

 Retired from nursing, I spend my time painting outside, attending art classes, studying any book or video about painting I can find to help me refine my own talents.

 I painted and displayed watercolors for 18 years at local art centers and outdoor shows, winning awards and selling to both national and international collectors, as well as to a local wine merchant which later became a label on Stonington Vineyards’ Cab Franc red wine. 

 In 2005 after attending a portrait class in oil with a local artist, Chris Zhang, I developed a desire for the classical approach oil painting. I continue to paint in a classical style and continue to paint with various water media
